Altimetrik Appoints CHRO Following SLK Software Acquisition

AI solutions company Altimetrik has announced it is appointing Dhirendra Nath as its new Chief Human Resources Officer.
This appointment follows the integration of Altimetrik and SLK Software, where Dhirendra held the role of President and Group Chief People Officer.
According to Altimetrik, Dhirendra will play a key role in leading the people strategy for this integrated organisation, focusing on developing a unified ‘one company’ culture.
Raj Sundaresan, CEO of Altimetrik, says of the appointment: “Dhirendra’s experience in leading organisations through complex integration, professionalisation and growth journeys makes him uniquely suited for this role.
“As we accelerate into the agentic era, building leadership depth and a people foundation that’s ready for AI-led growth is not just critical – it’s foundational. He will help us create a unified culture that blends agility with institutional strength, ensuring our growth is sustainable and opportunity-led for our people.”
Leading through transformation
Dhirendra has more than 25 years of HR leadership experience, spanning the technology, financial services and pharmaceuticals sectors.
He most recently served as the President and Group Chief People Officer at SLK Group, where he played a key strategic role in leading the workforce through its integration with Altimetrik.
He also spent more than 11 years of his career at Wipro in leadership positions, where he helped to develop new technology practices for the business, as well as supporting expansion into new markets.
Altimetrik’s SLK acquisition
In 2025, Altimetrik successfully completed its acquisition of SLK Software, which the company described as “a major milestone in the company’s journey to build a digital engineering powerhouse”.
This acquisition brings together a team of more than 10,000 employees across over 17 countries and 20+ engineering centres. Operations of the two integrated companies span data, engineering, intelligent operations and automation.
Discussing how he will lead the people strategy in the newly integrated company, Dhirendra says: “Integration creates opportunity when it is anchored in clarity, fairness, and shared purpose
“My focus is on building an organisation that grows without losing its soul, where professional systems enable entrepreneurship, leadership continuity strengthens resilience and people strategy directly powers business ambition.
“Change must be led with transparency and empathy, especially during moments of transformation.”
Developing an integrated people strategy
In his role as Chief Human Resources Officer, Dhirendra will be shaping a unified people strategy designed to bring together the two company cultures.
Altimetrik says he will “drive selective harmonisation,” of the two people strategies to ensure consistency across teams while protecting the strengths of each organisation.
With the integration marking a significant change for employees across Altimetrik, the company says this will be a key opportunity to strengthen its people strategy through the development of leadership pipelines and improvement of its organisational resilience – particularly as it expands into new markets.
The company says Dhirendra will also play a key role in accelerating the digitisation of HR within the company.
This will involve embedding more data-led decision making and tech-enabled self service models for employees, to help improve the employee experience and strengthen operational efficiency.
