Claire de Coincy Debuts MoĆ«t Hennessyās New Career Compass

Moƫt Hennessy has launched its Career Compass, an LVMH framework focused on supporting talent development and employee empowerment, while helping individuals navigate their careers within the Group.
The Career Compass initiative was launched during an event hosted by Claire de Coincy, who has recently been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Moƫt Hennessy.
By launching the programme, Moƫt Hennessy will provide better support to its employees by strengthening the initiatives already in place at LVMH.
Breaking down barriers
Employees will also be provided with enhanced opportunities for continuous learning and development initiatives to build upon their skills, as well as access to employee networks, such as EllesVMH, which is present around the world. The programme will also offer numerous opportunities for employees to āunlock their potential and expand their networks".
MoĆ«t Hennessyās EllesVMH Collective plays a key role in the businessās passion for mentorship.
With more than 7,500 employees already supporting one another across various Maisons and regions, LVMH plans to continue championing a culture of knowledge-sharing by inviting all employees to participate as a mentor or mentee.
In doing so, the Groupās core belief echoes: professional equality isn't just a policy, but a daily practice built through intentional decisions and inclusive behaviours.
āAchieving 50% women in key positions illustrates the strength of our commitment and the impact of our actions,ā said Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at LVMH.
āWe owe this progress to the mobilisation of everyone, to a shared desire to push boundaries and empower each individual to thrive and succeed. It is this vibrant and lasting dynamic that we choose to celebrate today.ā
Whatās more, LVMH is actively working to break down invisible barriers and the glass ceilings by encouraging employees to pursue a bold ambition, and āto create an environment where every individual feels empowered to dream, dare and succeed, regardless of their background or origin.ā
To reiterate this commitment, LVHM has accelerated its People at Heart policy, which the Group says is āprofoundly transforming the Group's culture,ā while providing scope to collective intelligence throughout the organisation.
As a result, the Group fosters managers who support talent development, employees are encouraged to take ownership of their future and information and skills are available to all.
Bringing the career compass to life
Moderated by F1 Program Manager Carla Brevet-Leleyter, Moƫt Hennessy featured a panel of leaders who brought the five pillars of the Career Compass to life by sharing their own diverse journeys at Moƫt Hennessy and LVMH.
Emelie De Vitis, CMO at Moët & Chandon and Marion Lacroix Svetchine, Finance & Operations Director at CHANDON, both discussed the power of networking – just with different focuses.
Emelie encouraged a proactive approach to setting career challenges, while Marion highlighted the importance of building organic and genuine connections rooted in professional excellence.
Likewise, Mathieu Meyer, Estate Director at Château Galoupet, took to the stage to talk about how non-linear backgrounds – from rum blending and engineering – can uniquely prepare employees for high-level aspirations.
Moët Hennessy’s Sport Partnerships Director, Vincent B. encouraged attendees to prioritise self-awareness and passion over specific job titles.
On LinkedIn, Moët Hennessy stated: “From cross-functional experiences to the importance of self-awareness and authentic networking, speakers highlighted a shift toward more agile, non-linear career paths, shaped by curiosity, skills development and openness to new opportunities.
“A powerful reminder that careers are built through exploration, authenticity and continuous growth.”
