Occupational health provider extends workplace healthcare access to support employers in Arizona's industrial region

Occupational health provider Concentra has opened a medical facility in Goodyear, Arizona, to serve the area's manufacturing workforce.

The centre will deliver occupational health services to employees in construction, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation and logistics.

"The West Valley continues to see significant growth across a range of industries, and access to occupational health services is an important part of supporting that workforce," says Dr Scott Cole, Senior Vice President of Medical Operations at Concentra.

Scott says the facility could reduce time away from work for employees requiring healthcare.

"This medical centre allows us to provide care closer to where employees live and work while helping employers address workplace health needs in a timely manner," he says.
