Hyper has appointed Vineet Gambhir as Chief HR Officer to lead its global people strategy as the digital infrastructure company continues to expand

Hyper, a US-based provider of digital infrastructure solutions for data centres and mission-critical facilities, has appointed Vineet Gambhir as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues its global expansion.

Vineet will lead Hyper's global people strategy, overseeing talent development, organisational growth, culture and employee experience as the company scales its operations across the digital infrastructure sector.

Founded in 2022, Hyper has quickly emerged as a leader in AI-powered expense management.

Its autonomous platform uses AI agents to streamline expense submission, automate auditing and apply intelligent policy controls, helping organisations reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

A career in global HR leadership

Vineet joins Hyper with more than three decades of international HR leadership experience spanning technology, healthcare, retail and private equity-backed organisations. With this he brings expertise in organisational transformation, workforce planning, leadership development, mergers and acquisitions and global expansion.

Most recently, Vineet served as CHRO at DataLink, where he partnered with the executive leadership team to drive the company's global people strategy during a period of rapid growth.

During his tenure, he helped establish the organisation's India operations, led cultural transformation initiatives and developed scalable talent strategies to support international expansion.

Earlier in his career, Vineet held senior HR leadership positions at GlobalLogic, Yahoo, Cisco, HCL Technologies and Intel, leading large international teams and supporting organisations through major transformation programmes, acquisitions and workforce growth.

His experience includes supporting GlobalLogic's IPO preparations and subsequent acquisition by Hitachi, as well as leading HR across Yahoo's Asia-Pacific operations and Cisco's engineering organisation in China.

Supporting the next phase of growth

Commenting on his appointment, Vineet said: "What drew me to Hyper is the opportunity to shape a people strategy that grows with the business. Hyper has the energy, ambition and momentum of a company entering an important stage of growth.

"My focus is strengthening the culture, leadership systems and employee experience that allow people to stay, grow and do their best work."

Hyper Co-Founder & CEO Vladimir Gulkarov said Vineet's appointment will help strengthen the company's organisational foundations as it continues to grow, reinforcing the connection between employee experience and customer success.

The appointment comes at a significant point in Hyper's growth journey. Earlier this year, American Express announced plans to acquire the AI-powered expense management company, expanding its AI capabilities for commercial services.

As Hyper enters its next phase of growth, Vineet's appointment reflects the company's focus on strengthening its people strategy, leadership capability and organisational culture to support continued expansion.
