Franco Fiorini will take on the role as Global Compensation and Benefits and HR Budget Director for Bvlgari as he moves within the wider LVMH group

Bvlgari has appointed Franco Fiorini as its new Global Compensation & Benefits and HR Budget Director, in a role that will involve partnering with business and HR leaders to support the company’s overall people strategy.

He joins the company after more than six years at fellow LVMH subsidiary Fendi, where he helped develop compensation and benefits strategies for the organisation.

“I’m looking forward to this new chapter at Bvlgari,” Franco says. “I’m excited to meet new colleagues, learn from a new team and contribute to the continued success of such an extraordinary Maison.”

A ‘Truly rewarding’ time at Fendi

Franco first joined Fendi in 2020 as a Human Resources Information System and Compensation Manager, before progressing to a senior manager role in 2024.

These six years at Fendi, he says, have been “much more than a professional experience”.

He continued: “They’ve been filled with successes, challenges, important milestones and countless opportunities to learn. Most importantly, they’ve been shaped by incredible people who supported me, inspired me and made the journey truly rewarding.”

Before Fendi, Franco spent three years as Open Fiber’s Organisation, Compensation and HR Systems Supervisor and seven years at Enel – first joining as a Team Leader, and progressing to a role as an HR Business Partner for the company’s Italian market.

Internal mobility opportunities within LVMH

Franco is not the first person to move within LVMH – with the group having been praised for its approach to internal mobility across its 75+ maisons.

For instance, Roman Rigaut, Head of Finance and Operations for Moet Hennessy, previously spent close to three years as a Business Development Manager for Veuve Clicquot after “looking for a new opportunity to broaden my perspective”.

Prior to this, he had spent 11 years in finance roles across Moet Hennessy.

“Leading projects that connected finance with commercial teams sparked my interest in business development,” he explains. “With support from my manager, I started networking across different departments, and when the opportunity at Veuve Clicquot came up, I was ready to make the leap.”

This move, he says, gave him “insights into the whole Moet Hennessy ecosystem, which is a real advantage as you grow your career here”.

The company has prioritised career development through its ‘Career Compass’ initiative, which encourages employees to explore opportunities, map out their personal values, build their network across the group, develop within their current role and navigate cross-functional moves.

In 2025, this was rolled out to 32,000 managers, with plans to extend the programme to all talents and create stronger connections across LVMH’s network of fashion houses. In fact, in 2025 alone, nearly 19,000 permanent employees experienced internal mobility within the Group.

“The mobility is one of the Group’s greatest strengths,” says Franco. “The possibility to grow across different Maisons while remaining part of the same exceptional ecosystem is both a privilege and a powerful way to continue improving, broadening perspectives and taking on new challenges.”
